    Return & Replacement Policy

    At Globalware, we specialize in customized corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, employee welcome kits, branded products, event giveaways, and bulk gifting solutions. Since most of our products are customized and manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, we follow a strict Replacement Only Policy.

    By placing an order with Globalware, you agree to the terms outlined below.

    Customized Products

    Most products offered by Globalware are customized with:

    • Company Logos
    • Brand Artwork
    • Employee Names
    • Personalized Messages
    • Custom Packaging
    • Printing, Embroidery, Engraving, or Branding

    Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

    Order Approval

    Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all:

    • Artwork
    • Mockups
    • Logo Placement
    • Product Specifications
    • Spellings
    • Names
    • Colors
    • Quantities
    • Customization Details

    Once approval is provided, the order shall be considered final.

    Globalware shall not be responsible for any errors approved by the customer before production begins.

    Order Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled only before:

    • Artwork approval
    • Production commencement
    • Branding process initiation

    Once manufacturing, customization, printing, branding, engraving, embroidery, packaging, or production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

    Eligible Replacement Cases

    Customers may be eligible for a replacement if:

    • The wrong product is delivered.
    • The product arrives damaged during transit.
    • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
    • There is a significant quantity discrepancy in the delivered order.

    All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    Claim Submission Requirements

    To process a replacement request, customers may be required to provide:

    • Order Number
    • Product Photographs
    • Packaging Photographs
    • Delivery Label Images
    • Unboxing Video (recommended)
    • Description of the Issue

    Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

    Replacement Process

    If a claim is approved, Globalware may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement for the affected product(s).

    Replacement eligibility shall be determined after reviewing the submitted evidence and claim details.

    Globalware reserves the right to inspect, verify, and assess all claims before approving a replacement request.

    No Refund Policy

    As the majority of products supplied by Globalware are customized, personalized, or manufactured specifically for customer requirements, Globalware follows a strict No Refund Policy.

    Refunds shall not be provided for:

    • Customized products
    • Personalized products
    • Bulk corporate orders
    • Approved artwork and branding orders
    • Change of mind after order confirmation
    • Customer-approved specifications

    Approved claims shall be resolved through product replacement only, wherever applicable.

    Non-Eligible Claims

    Replacement requests shall not be accepted for:

    • Customer-approved artwork errors
    • Incorrect spellings approved by the customer
    • Incorrect information provided by the customer
    • Minor color variations
    • Minor size or finish variations
    • Packaging variations
    • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
    • Change of mind after production begins
    • Customized products produced as per approved specifications

    Shipping Charges

    Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Limitation of Liability

    Globalware’s liability under this policy shall be limited to the replacement of the affected product(s) only.

    Under no circumstances shall Globalware be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, or financial losses arising from product usage, delays, or replacement claims.

    Policy Updates

    Globalware reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Return & Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice.

    Any updates will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
